Yin Yoga is a meditative practice based on prolonged postures when the focus of the student is of the utmost importance. Beginners usually hold the poses for 45 seconds to 2 minutes while intermediates and advanced students can do it for up to 5 or even 6 minutes. Our Yin Yoga training course is set to show the students how to become professional Yin Yoga instructors.
The technique focuses on the stretching of connective tissues to improve blood circulation in the body – thus supplying oxygenated blood to the muscles and brain. In turn, this provides a permanent source of energy to the practitioner, better mental functioning, and the capacity to understand and realize oneself in the present moment.
